First wave lands and heads to basecamp. Drop your bags, crack a cold one, claim the best bed before the others turn up.
📍 The Airbnb — 1317 Baptist World Center DriveDrinks flowing, grill going, and a couple of special guests joining us at the house to send Haydn off in style. Come hungry.
📍 The AirbnbConcierge pick: Mas Tacos Por Favor — tacos, margaritas, proper local, quick and fun before Broadway. Upgrade option: Sho Pizza Bar for a more polished sit-down (Luke can reserve if we want it). Decide on group energy.
📍 Mas Tacos Por Favor, East NashvilleUber down ~9:30pm (drop at Twelve Thirty Club, 550 Broadway — our rideshare anchor all weekend). The route: Robert's Western World (true old-school honky-tonk) → Friends in Low Places Rooftop (big rooftop energy) → Morgan Wallen's This Bar (expect a scene). Pace yourselves… it's a four-day Test match, not a T20.
📍 Start: Robert's Western World, 416 BroadwayThe concierge's top late-night pick: a proper local haunt in East Nashville with live music, swing dancing, pool and late-night food till ~2am. Zero Broadway tourism. Or… late-night entertainment at the group's discretion.

Boutique strength & conditioning gym (Nike's global training partner, no less). Sweat out Thursday with a RIG or TURF class — or stay in bed like a sensible man.
📍 6 City Avenue, NashvilleSusan Ovet, RN, and the Vivify 615 concierge nursing team come to the Airbnb. Rotate through drips while everyone gets ready — hydration, vitamins and add-ons per man. Bags billed individually, roughly $250–500 depending on what you load in. Luke meets us here.
A proper Nashville institution — grass-fed smash burgers, hand-cut sweet potato fries and homemade shakes from a no-frills counter joint the locals queue for.
📍 493 Humphreys St, Nashville
Nashville's largest hotel pool deck: 10,000 sq ft of DJs (programming confirmed day-of), cabanas, disco-ball cocktails and skyline views, 2nd floor of the W in The Gulch. Reservation under Luke Robinson / Tristan Smith. Fashionable pool attire, gents. Back to the house at 6pm to shower and reset — don't linger, big night ahead.
📍 300 12th Ave S (2nd Floor)
Brazilian steakhouse with gaucho chefs carving fire-roasted meat at the table until you beg them to stop. Open churrasco grill, dry-aged meat lockers, all-day happy hour at Bar Fogo. Eat heavily — it's a long night.
📍 910 Signal Crossing, NashvillePre-drinks on top of the Thompson Hotel — big rooftop, strong crowd. No reservations; if the line's not moving, try the side door (a cash tip to the doorman sometimes works). Backup: COA Rooftop at the Canopy Hotel, 920 Division St — Tulum-lounge energy.
📍 LA Jackson, 401 11th Ave S
Music City's elevated nightclub — multi-room dance floors, cocktail lounge and a Void Acoustics sound system. Special guest DJ set from Grayson Mercury. Don't arrive early — the room comes alive after 11. Luke meets us here. This is Friday's main event.
📍 114 12th Ave N, NashvilleThis day is under lock and key. Enter the password from the group chat to reveal the plan.
Friday was big. Susan and the Vivify 615 team return for round two if we want it — the drip forgives all sins.
The ATV plan is off, so Saturday flexes to the group's energy: Topgolf (drinks, food, low-effort competition), Modern Warriors or Royal Range (the two best shooting-range options), go-karts, or honest downtime at the house before the big dinner. Decide at noon based on actual energy, not Friday-night bravado.
📍 Topgolf NashvilleBeers up, flags out. We commandeer a Broadway bar, teach Nashville the words to Sweet Caroline, and watch England do the business on the big screens.
📍 Lower Broadway, Nashville
Voted Nashville's best steakhouse — USDA Prime steaks, sushi, chandeliers, live entertainment and Art Deco swagger. Private room booked: this is the premium moment of the weekend — gifts, speeches and toasts to Haydn happen here. Dress elevated casual / nightlife-ready; do not look like you came straight from the pool.
📍 300 4th Ave N, Nashville
Nothing locked — we choose on energy after Jeff Ruby's. Want a club? Back to Night We Met. Cocktails? Blueprint Cocktail Club. Cigars & whisky? Red Phone Booth (speakeasy, 136 Rosa L Parks Blvd) or Single Malt Cigar Bar by Rocky Patel (2018 Lindell Ave). Classic Nashville? Another Broadway crawl — mechanical bulls, live bands till 3am. What happens on Broadway stays on Broadway.

One final resurrection from Susan and the Vivify 615 team. You'll need it for what's next.
Easy and fast: Tower Market & Deli. Or the memorable move: Turkey and the Wolf Icehouse in East Nashville — outpost of the New Orleans sandwich legend (fried bologna, collard green melt), Bon Appétit's one-time Best New Restaurant in America.
📍 Turkey and the Wolf, 800 Meridian St
Nashville's signature rooftop house-music party, 14 floors above Music Row. World-class DJs, rooftop pool, panoramic skyline views. One VIP table for six is reserved — if it rains or the group's cooked, we keep the afternoon light and skip it (only the ~$102 reservation fee at stake). Otherwise: grand finale, leave nothing in the tank.
📍 1 Music Square W, 14th FloorAirport runs staggered through the afternoon based on flight times — confirm yours with the group early in the day. Pack before Azure, not after. Safe travels, cowboys.
Twelve men ride into Music City. Twelve men (probably) ride home.
Home for the weekend. Guard the address like your bar tab.

Ten minutes north of Broadway. All roads lead back here — eventually.
Open in MapsConcierge rules from Luke. Follow these and the weekend runs itself.
Always Uber to/from Twelve Thirty Club, 550 Broadway. Never request a ride from a random Broadway corner — walk here first.
Everything is booked under Luke Robinson or Tristan Smith. Use those names first at every check-in.
Susan Ovet, RN, and the Vivify 615 concierge nurses come to the house each morning. Hydration is not optional — the drips are what keep this weekend alive.
For tips, faster entry and small problems. A cash tip to a doorman has opened many a Nashville door.
At every venue, agree the next meeting point before anyone gets a drink. That one move prevents 90% of late-night confusion.
Luke Robinson is on call all weekend and meets the group at key moments — IV sessions, Night We Met, and wherever needed. Nobody should ever have to ask "where next?"
